Return Policy:

We provide a money back customer satisfaction guarantee however customer returns can only be approved and accepted by a company official. Such approved returns will be credited in full at the discretion of a company officer upon receipt of the defective item.
We do not accept responsibility for losses incurred if perishables are not stored in the prescribed manner upon receipt or where an incorrect shipping address is provided or where no one is available to receive a shipped package.
 
Please note that although we take great care in packing your orders no claims will be accepted for any chocolate products should they be affected by heat during the summer months 


Biltong orders received within 7 days of shipment will not deteriorate during transit however Biltong can develop mould if not stored correctly and should be stored frozen upon receipt if not required for immediate consumption. We do not accept liability for the condition of Biltong which has not been stored in the prescribed manner after the date delivered as confirmed by the carrier.
On the basis of an order being placed through this site then the  aforementioned terms are considered to be confirmed as accepted by the buyer of the order.
